ASANAS

Asanas are the poses most people think of when they think of yoga.  Downward Dog, Warrior, Tree are all terms that come to mind when we hear the word yoga, yet, these poses are much more than exercise. When used mindfully, these asanas can open and heal in ways we may not have imagined.


BREATH

Breathing is the essence of yoga as well as the essence of life.  But the way we breath influences our brains and our organs to achieve different results.


MEDITATION
